Ease of use
The record keeping facilities are a core element of the system,
holding all the information required in one central
database. It is essential that the data is easy to enter,
edit and view and is displayed in a way that your entire
organisation understands. To see how easy it is to navigate
and find your way around the system, look at the screen shot
of the main menu (screen shot 1).
Accuracy of information
The system records are capable of storing a considerable
amount of information, meaning that there is no need to
constantly refer back to "the files". It also neatly
summarises the essential information, enabling you to
provide answers in plain English at the touch of a button.
